Silvia Flichman

Between 1977 and 1987, Argentinean artist Silvia Flichman devoted much of her time to study fine arts, architecture, and the restoration of easel paintings.

Amongst her teachers were renowned artists, such as Roberto Machintosh, Roberto Aizemberg, Juan Eischler and Ana Tarsia, all of whom she assisted in their studios until 1988.

Since 1980 Silvia has exhibited her notable work in numerous group art shows, often in prominent locations. Silvia Flichman has also held several national and international solo art exhibitions. In Buenos Aires she held solo shows in the Centro Cultural Recoleta and the Eduardo Sivori Museum.

As an innovative artist, Silvia Flichman has also worked as an illustrator for books and culture magazines. She has outfitted theater productions with wardrobes, put together various other artistic productions, and shared her knowledge of arts with other young upcoming artists.
